By not taking any action or decisions, we are simply allowing life or circumstance to make us, this is slow devastation. Sometimes, it can be fast. We have a choice in every moment of life, either to make our life or let the life make us, devastate us. We know we are 'One decision away' from an altogether life. Life of dreams, freedom & happiness.
Despite this, we fail to take control of moments & then we let the devastation happen in our lives. We blame ourselves, society, family and government for all the mess.
When we take control of 'Now' moments, well we take control of our destiny.
We need to be accountable for our lives. Take extreme ownership of life, that's the key to success. Tony further says;

It's simple, if we want to change our lives, we need to do something different from what we have been doing. Again, it is simply but not easy. But if we do it, it leads to transformation.

As we look around the world, we see achievers & winners. What's one thing that's common to all of them?? That's decisiveness. That decision & commitment to transform your life, that decision to be better yourself can only bring transformation.
Our life gets transformed by what we do consistently, by not we do rarely. The deep hunger to achieve goals automatically brings in consistency. More than all these, it's an obsession, it's hard work. Nothing can replace grinding.
I hear parents telling you that you can do whatever you want. That's not the thing. We can only do what we are obsessively passionate about?? It's juxtaposed. The thoughts of passion & obsession that haunts you all time, is something that can make you a legend.
Again, you need to work your ass off, you may have to give your sweat, blood, & tears. We see people who lost almost everything to achieve their dreams. If you are not ready to sacrifice more forget about it.

Although, passion is a part of obsession, it doesn't mean both are same. Obsession & passion are the two faces of the same coin of success. Only with obsession, you are just stressed all time, no fun! However, with just passion (without discipline & obsession.)
People who say they are passionate about something, can live without it. But if you are obsessed about one thing, man you can't live without doing something about it for even a single day, you try to perfect your skill. You won't get satisfied with little, you aim high eventually you will be a legend.

Obsession about the end result makes you stressed & fuels frustrations. You can't continue for long, if you don't have fun while performing the process. You get stressed & frustrated, eventually you give up!
